Returns: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your item(s). We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. We require proof of purchase for all returns.

Please note that some items may not be eligible for return, such as used products.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the exchange of the damaged item.

Shipping: To return your product, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
